   I keep this flashlight in my truck for emergencies. Last week I had to check under the hood at night, and the magnetic base held it securely while I worked. The side light illuminated the entire engine bay. Very useful and surprisingly bright.

   This DT009 is much brighter than I expected. I bought it for hiking, but now I use it almost every day when walking my dog. The beam reaches far ahead and helps me feel safer on dark trails.
